  • Bring your receipt and item to your mygofer location
  • Items purchased on mygofer.com can be returned to any Kmart, Kmart Super Center. Or mygofer store location.
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a mygofer Customer Service Specialist within 30 days of purchase at (800) 810-5891. Please supply the customer service representative with your order number from your original order notification email. All returns and exchanges must be returned in their original packaging.

Customized / Personalized Products and Autographed Collectibles

All sales are final for customized products and autographed collectibles. These items cannot be returned. If an error occurred in your order processing or packaging, please contact a mygofer Customer Service Specialist at service@mygofer.com.

Software and Electronic Media Products

The products below are software and electronic media products: CD-ROMs, Computer Games, Software, VHS Tapes, DVDs

If you wish to return a media product, you may return the product, unopened, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus delivery fee, or other non-refundable charges.

Air Conditioners & Gas-Powered Equipment

Returns and exchanges for Air Conditioners and Gas-Powered Equipment will only be accepted with a receipt. After 30 days, customers needing service on these items should contact the manufacturer. Service repairs will be completed as outlined in the manufacturer warranty.

Credits

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement. If a Kmart Gift Card was used, the refund amount will be applied to your Kmart Gift Card. You will be refunded the delivery fee if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
